Digital BW, The Print

Ok, I removed the old programs and installed the latest versions of 
QTR 2.1 for PC and QUI 2.1.1 . When I set things up to print, 
everything works fine up and until the actual printing. The printer 
for whatever reason it just sits. I'm looking at the printer status 
monitor for the 9600 and documents in queue window. I can see 
spooling and printing....but it's not printing. I have the loopback 
adapter set up as from the previous set up. The printer works fine 
when I'm not using QTRqui. The monitor for the 9600 says "ready to 
print" and "Printing" but nothing is coming out of the machine. I 
tried qimage print to file, drag-drop, and select image. They all do 
the same thing. I put the old programs back and they work. Any 
thoughts? The Qtrqui window looks like evrything is there that 
should be. I tried sheet feed and roll feed auto cut. I even deleted 
the old Curves before I loaded the new programs.
