Jeff, Since the Epson printers are CMYK printers you cannot fully partition the inks in RGB through the Epson RGB-to-CMYK driver. You really would need to use a RIP and partition in CMYK to get full individual control of each ink. Check in the "Files" section for Tyler Boley's workflow on how he does this.
