Jeff,
Since the Epson printers are CMYK printers you cannot fully partition
the inks in RGB through the Epson RGB-to-CMYK driver. You really
would need to use a RIP and partition in CMYK to get full individual
control of each ink. Check in the "Files" section for Tyler Boley's
workflow on how he does this. Dan Culbertson's work also.
