Digital BW, The Print

I'am getting excess ink draged across the prints in my MIS loaded 7000. Does 
anyone know how to unlock the print head so I can wipe up under there? I 
would use the procedure for the 3000 but I thought I'd ask first since I 
don't want to damage the 7000 doing something stupid. This happened right 
after a refill. I thought maybe I loaded too much ink, but I have siphoned 
some off and its still there and pretty heavy.
