John, My driver allows the "User Defined" custom paper sizes. If you're using the Epson driver (maybe not the one that comes with the computer), the upper left box on the Main tab of the Properties box is "Paper & Quality Options." The third space down allows you to arrow down to the User Defined. Hit that and a new box appears where you enter the custom paper size. Be sure to note the units you're dealing with -- 0.01 of an inch. So, 5 x 7 would be 500 by 700.
