When you downloaded the file (I'm guessing the latest 2.1b file), it should be saved as a executable file, right? (The extension is .exe.) If you just double-click on this file, then everything should install correctly. If you are trying to install by running the "InstallQuadTone.bat" file after everything has been extracted, then you will have to move it from the "QuadTonePC2_1b" directory up one level to the parent directory. It should work from there. (Either that, or modify the paths in the .bat file...) Hope this helps...
