In Adobe PS's print pane (Print with Preview, Color Management) you should
have Same as Source in Print Space.  Then hit Print.  In the next pane that
comes up you need to select QUAD2100 as the printer (or whatever you called
it on installation). Under Presets you can select any saved presets - I
suspect you have not saved any QTR ones yet.  Where it says Copies and Pages
select Quadtone RIP and you will be able to select the curves etc.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
