Did you follow the instructions to load the curves?  Installing QTR is a two
step process.  First you set up the printer.  Then you load the curves.
Only when both have been done will you see the printer in the print pane and
curves in the Quadtone RIP pane.  I have not installed QTR for quite some
time and things have changed a little since I did but I believe part of the
download is a folder with a bunch of curves for various paper types/ink
types.  You need to follow the instructions for installing the curves
relevant to the 2100 and I assume the UC inks.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
