Dave, I have the same setup as you except for the 4000 printer and W2K, and I get the exact same error! Even a had a C++ developer look at it and after hours we could not get it to work... Bummer! His feedback was more explicit instruction are needed or my computer is really screwed up ... If you get it working (or anyone else) please contact me at stevebrink@...!!
