Does Windows 2k have a "ProgramFiles" environment variable? You can check this by running a Command Window (Start/run:CMD) and typing "Set ProgramFiles". It should print out something like "C:\Program Files". If this environment variable is not set, QuadToneRIP gets confused. -Stephen www.sbillard.org/Stephen > -----Original Message----- > From: dtilson2000 [mailto:dtilson@...] > Sent: Friday, December 24, 2004 7:20 AM > To: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [Digital BW] QTR for windows 2000: cannot print > > > > > I have downloaded the latest versions of QTR for windows and > QTRGui, have followed the installation instructions very > carefully for my Epson 2200 printer, but cannot get my > printer to print.
