If you uninstall QTRgui, it will uninstall the registry key it produces. If you want to check it look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sympathetic Software\QTRgui\. The Key name is ProgramFilePath. You should definitely run the uninstall for QTR and/or QTRgui. Then find any folders that have QuadToneRIP files in them and delete the folders. (The old QTR install created the folders in multiple places.) Finally you should find any shortcuts to QTRgui and delete them. -Stephen www.sbillard.org/Stephen > -----Original Message----- > From: sinwen [mailto:sinwen@...] > Sent: Thursday, December 30, 2004 1:00 AM > To: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com > Subject: Re: [Digital BW] Re: QTR Anguish!! > > > > You may need to uninstall both QTR and GUI then clean the > registry base, searching for "QTR" and stroke off all the > corresponding keys but be careful of what you are doing, > don't erase something else. > > Michel > > >
