Digital BW, The Print

Hello, I am new around here and was hoping for a little help. I have 
already picked up a few tidbits of helpful information but need a 
little extra. I just got a 2200 and downloaded the latest QTR and I 
run on Windows XP.
1)Are these files

> Specifically you are looking for "GettingStarted.rtf" and 
> "Calibration.rtfd"

 on the MACs only? I couldn't find them.

2)I read that the image has to be on the same drive letter as the 
software, correct?
3)I have a file that was a worked up scan 3600ppi and saved in 
photoshop as a 8bit DUOTONE psd file.  I understand QTR requires an 
8bit greyscale tiff. How do I convert the duotone without losing the 
the toning?
4)For the 2200 what ppi should I resize the image for printing?
5)last one :) I am just trying to print on enhanced matte at this 
point, any recommendations on a nice place to start with the 
settings in QTR?
