Lou, 

Which Kirkland version (Swiss., Japan, old Swiss.?)

What printer and ink are you using?

Are the lines dark or light ?

How many lines? One area or the whole print?

Are the lines verticle, in other words, the OPPOSITE of the print 
head travel?
