Init fill wastes allot of cleaning fluid/inks. You can save lots if you disconnect ink lines at dampers and draw the cleaning fluid/inks with a syringe. Then run a few KK2s until you get it to run clear. I would also change the dampers, there is sure to be some pigments stuck in filter screens.
