Epson had just done two head replacements, plus replaced the dampers and caps all under warranty, in spite of the fact that I was running Cone inks. The first Epson tech who came out even helped me try to get the Cone inks up and running again! When that failed, and I decided to go back to UC, they shipped me the flushing carts free. > Is this, at the same time, when they will blame all > future ink related > hardware problems on the third party inks and now > "its not covered"?
