Digital BW, The Print

Okay, maybe this is a dumb question, but here goes.
Apologies in advance.

I have an X-Rite 810. I've only used it a few times, but 
I can get numbers out. I'm sitting here looking at a 
21-step grayscale printed through QTR.

Is there a way I can make a soft proof profile with the 
810 instead of the Eye-One?
