Digital BW, The Print

Thank you. I succesfully downloaded both programs and then opened
them (it?). Things seemed to work but extraordinarily slowly. This
applied both to selecting the image I wanted to print and, finally,
printing it. The print cropped the original image as well. What am I
doing wrong? And, more to the point, what are the advantages of QTR
over the Epson driver? I'm using Paint Shop Pro (9.0), Windows 2000
professional and an Epson 1280 printer.
