What OS - Windows 2000

What version of QTR  2.1.1

What happened after you "OK" the "invalid floating point operation" -
the window where the image is supposed to be says "unsupported format"
and has a red circle with a "/" across it

Some description of the image:  8 bit greyscale

Was it saved with compression? Yes

What kind of compression. LZW

Was it saved with Alpha Channels? No. And no layers.

What is the size of the image? I tried several ranging from 5-40 mb.
