What OS - Windows 2000 What version of QTR 2.1.1 What happened after you "OK" the "invalid floating point operation" - the window where the image is supposed to be says "unsupported format" and has a red circle with a "/" across it Some description of the image: 8 bit greyscale Was it saved with compression? Yes What kind of compression. LZW Was it saved with Alpha Channels? No. And no layers. What is the size of the image? I tried several ranging from 5-40 mb.
