I pretty much agree with Doug. Power ReTouche is my number one filter
set, especially for BW conversions.

silver Oxide does a great job as far as it goes, but doesn't match the
feature set.

Another outstanding choice is Color Efex Pro.

All three of these come in 16bit versions.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
