I downloaded John Paul Caponigro's B&W action from the Adobe Web site,
but had problems running it. John Paul sent me an adjusted action, and
it works just fine. If you download the action from Adobe and it
doesn't run properly, let me know and I'll send you the action which
John Paul sent me (I'll try to get his ok to send it).
