Antonio, I have been using the Lyson Quad with an S9000, not exactly the same printer, but 6 color and probably uses very similar drivers. I get decent prints, although I have recently moved to Espon with MIS pigment inks and like the results much better so far. A few notes: I get acceptable images from the Lyson/Canon combo (albeit some magenta metamerism) using a PS CS workflow with Epson EEM paper. I have found that the Lyson ICC profiles are ok, but dont add too much. I also have found that adding +5 to the 'Intensity' setting in the print driver gives richer print results. I've also had lousy results printing on Photo rag, William Turner and Entrada. Flat. No punch. I think it has to do with the *amount* of ink being used. Turning up the *intensity* on all color sliders helps. Can you provide more detail regarding your workflow, your exact print driver setting, paper, etc. And, of course, Bill has an excellent point bwlow in regards to double checking that the cartridges are working. Did you do a printer pattern test to make sure all cartridges are flowing?
