You need to let the cartridge sit in the printer for awhile to let 
the air to settle.

Try it in a few hours.

That's why when re-filling the MIS carts, you need to use the adapter 
and a syringe to extract a little ink before installing them in the 
printer.

Then , you should get a good nozzle check on the first or second try.
