Digital BW, The Print

I recently posted some observations re coating prints made with the Epson driver with 
glop using QTR and an issue I came across re different image sizes.

Well it turns out that the Epson 2100 driver for Mac (UK version) is off - QTR is spot on 
(tests done with A4 paper, image 3x5in, centred).  If you print an image with the Epson 
standard driver your print will be lopsided on the page.  If you print using the Epson No 
Margins driver your image will be very nearly perfectly centred (1mm off) BUT will be 
bigger than it should be (3 1/8 x 5 1/8").  

The only annoying thing about QTR is that it seems to prevent you from using the top and 
bottom (portrait) 1.5cm of the page if A4 centred is selected. 

The Epson driver for Mac in the UK really is a piece of crap.  On top of the issues noted 
above, it won't let you print black only when a Photo Black cartridge is installed - it uses 
all the inks.  I know the 2200 driver does not have the BO problem - what about the points 
I note above?
