Sounds like you are doing the right thing but here's a few things to look at. 1/3 size sounds suspicious -- like RGB vs gray -- 3 chans vs 1. Make sure you are running the latest code 2.1f Take out any alpha i.e. extra channels and any layers. I thought these were all handled but better to eliminate the question. Then send me the log files after a bad output. Roy
