Yes, up to 12x18 inches.

Yes, but you can save some money without any quality loss by using MIS 
UC equivalent inks and refilling yourself with their new easy refill 
clear carts.

You will need to use a RIP (QTR or IJC/OPM) for toned B&W with either 
the Epson or MIS UC color inks or use a B&W inkset like MIS UT7 and 
switch cartridges when printing B&W or simply print with only the black 
ink.
