I agree with Steve. I am not a fan of plug-ins if I can do it using the tools in Photoshop. In addition to the channel mixer techinque, you can also try Russell Brown's technique using the Hue/Saturation layers. You can find this on his website. It works well for me !!  I have a PS buddy who wants everything automated..lol  He found automation  doesn't work so well in every situation.
