Yes, I think I see. You don't mean the small square hole 
*immediately* to the right of the roller, you're talking about 
the tabs that occur alongside individual pizza wheels, correct?

In other words, some of the pizza-wheel cut-outs in the metal 
strip are regular plus-sign shapes. Others have a little extra 
metal punched out in the bottom right side, and those are the
one's with the tabs.
