Blocking all mail from a particular country denotes the use of aging
technologies. But you would never guess that from their tv commercials.

My ISP installed, free of charge to its subscribers, anti-spam
blocking last year. Instead of receiving up to 50 spam email a day I
now get 3 or 4. But I do get the legitimate mails, wherever they
originate in the world.
