Thanks, Bob and John. The printer is almsot 3 years old. I know I bought an extended warranty, but I think it is from Comp USA. Can't remember how long it runs for. Have to find it when I get home. Thanks for the advise on dealing with tech support. Is frustrating to have this happen when there are such exciting developments with the technology.
