I'm glad that they're friendly and helpful in fixing problems (once you get their attention), but it would be much better if there weren't so many problems. When I had a leaky cart, they replaced it (after I asked a couple of times). Now I'm finding that they filled a UT2 cart with LM that's darker than it should be. This is apparently not an isolated mistake. I've followed their problem resolution procedures, but I haven't got any more than an automated receipt acknowledgement. Jim Zall
