As an update to my earlier post. I just got off the phone with MIS and they said it was a bad chip. And that they would send me a new chip in the mail. Well that got me thinking so I took the chip of the ink cartridge that had worked and put it on the new ink cartridge with the bad chip. I reset the chip and it works. I now have a happy printer again. I would like to say that the people I have talked to on the Phone at MIS have always been very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thanks all for your help Michael
