Ordered some UT2 ink in a cartridge from MIS and it was misloaded. Trashed it and didn't bother to contact MIS, although I understand their customer service is good. My strange behavior was a reaction to the terrible experience I had that lasted years trying to deal with Pieziography and InkJet Mall before I finally gave up. I know its not fair to transfer that experience onto MIS but I just can't deal with it anymore. It takes too much time and effort -- its kind of like when someone hits your car and he's insured. Its not the money, its the time and effort required to get your car fixed that's the pain. I'm getting great results with a RIP using OEM inks and haven't had a problem with an Epson cartridge yet. Time is money.
