I uploaded a few curves for Premier Art's Premium Matte paper and UT2. The paper prints rather well on the C86 with sliders at 0. Premier Matte is the bargain acid free paper. Photo Warehouse has it priced at $12.95 of 50 letter-size sheets. This is for the 210 gsm, 11.2 mil version. See http://www.photowarehouse.biz/premier.html. There is also a thinner version. The paper has a dmax of 1.7. Among acid free papers, only Photo Rag can match it. Not bad for a paper that is priced down at the EEM level. For your snapshots that might end up in family albums, I think EEM ought to be avoided. Premier Matte is very bright white and prints cold. It reminds me of old Brightcube Eclipse Satine, Moab Entrada BW, and Condor (all the same coatings). By the way, Photo Warehouse also bought the old Eclipse inventory from the Brightcube liquidation and has that paper at bargain prices. Premier Matte is coated on both sides. The convex side is a bit smoother. The paper comes in all the usual sizes, including rolls. Paul www.PaulRoark.com [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
