Digital BW, The Print

FYI, I (rather surprisingly) received a call from Epson today following up
on my conversation of a week or so ago with them re the OS-X 2100 driver.
They have agreed to escalate the issue "to the 3rd level support in France".
The issues I raised were the inaccurate centring of prints by the Standard
driver and, more importantly, the inability to print Black Only when the PK
cartridge is installed (it uses all the inks).  I also raised the point that
many people are disappointed that the Epson R800 printer does not allow
Black Only printing.  They also confirmed there is a known issue with the
Epson driver not working properly for custom paper sizes.
