Digital BW, The Print

The method of turning it off and sliding the carriage over did not work 
either. Weirdly, pushing the button under the red light, made it blink, 
and the carriage slide over. I then put my old half gone cart in and 
the light is out. Does that mean that the chip in the new cart is bad? 
I'll try putting it back in.....DM
