I've deal a lot with InkJetArt and with DigitalArtSupplies, and, more 
recently, with ShadesOfPaper.  Lots of integrity with all three.  I'd 
expect honest answers, genuine product, appropriate response when things go 
wrong (which, sometimes, they will!).
