I used imagesetter, LVT, and Fujix Pictography (OHT) internegatives.  I
liked the 8x10 400 ppi Pictography internegs the best.  They held up quite
well at 16 x 20, were cheap, and had virtually no artifacts.  Finding a good
service bureau, however, is a requirement.
