It would be great if you could do it ... but my solution is:

1) Clean distilled water in the last rinse (photoflo)
2) Don't scrape the film with a squeegie when you hand it up
3) Don't smoke

Some films hate dust (Neopan) and chase it away, other films love the
stuff.
