Hi Steve,

At last, that could well be the problem. I have just checked the
cartridge info and it sure is a PK. So the solution is to fit an MK
cartridge (or at least the chip)? I was not aware this was a known
issue and MIS did not mention it when I spoke to them. I think you
have just solved hours and hours of frustration - many thanks.
