which is whiter?

I would like to use the whiter of either Epson Ultrasmooth, or Premier 
Art Scrapbook paper for Epson. 

Is ISO brightness a measure of whiteness?, ...because ultrasmooth has 
a ISO of 90 while Premier Art scrapbook is 93.
