Hi Diane, In an earlier post you mentioned that even after you uninstalled, then reinstalled, the last settings were still remembered. Do you want to try one more thing? Uninstall. Then navigate to the Program Files directory and rename QuadtoneRIP directory to something else, and reinstall (maybe just delete the file QuadtoneRIP/bin/QTRgui.ini is sufficient, but to play it safe just rename the whole thing). In earlier versions of QTR, especially QTRGui, I had to do the same thing to get it to work as the newer version was expected to. I hope that this will work for you but if it it doesn't ...
