You might want to consider a x600. The reason would be paper transport. You'll wear out the rollers on the desktop machines several times in 30000 sheets I would think. The x600s are designed for the duty, and have good roll handling. Use a RIP, print five at a time across a 44" roll, cut them apart with a rotatrim. If speed is really a factor, then definitely look at the x600s.
