I think IJA's claims for Museum Digital are valid, if a little overheated. I also like Entrada Natural. I don't find it "flaking," I find it dusty, perhaps not cut or packaged cleanly. I think it's fine if you blow each sheet off with air or dust with a cloth before inserting. A hassle, of course.
