Well here is a clue....as I said before the 2100 has a CD sign/notch just below the envelope one. It is my understanding that the 2200 was not shipped with this attachment. So perhaps, as I said before, it is for the head height necessary for a CD to enter the front CD holder (which is not supplied).... I am not sure what you mean by alignment. One does head alignment tests with plain paper. This is completely different from rear loading thick paper and pressing the paper feed button so that the print head can align with the inserted paper. Once again, to use the rear feeder push the lever all the way down (flashing light), insert the paper just past the rollers as seen through the lid, gently align with the edge of the printer, lever up to envelope notch, press the paper feed button. > From: Mr_Misty_44 <jharvey@...> > Reply-To: <DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com> > Date: Wed, 09 Mar 2005 18:49:33 -0000 > To: <DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com> > Subject: [Digital BW] 2200 Entrada question II > > > > > OK. Let me ask again. If you look at the Paper lever you will notice > A Paper symbol with a notch. An Envelope symbol and a notch.
