Carl,

Thanks for the warning.  That's more than a caution, though. It's not
reasonable or acceptable for the MIS cart to bend pins.  I would call
those carts defective.  

Service through Epson will be very difficult if the Epson carts don't
work.  Also MIS may fix or change their carts to be more compatible
and the new ones might not work in your printer.

When did you get your MIS carts?  Any word from MIS?

Anyone else have this problem?
