Digital BW, The Print

This is way off topic, but I'm hoping that someone on this list may have the 
information I'm looking for (please contact me off list if you do).

I've been using Nikon D100's for almost two years and need to upgrade. I want 
to stay with Nikon and am looking at the new Nikon D2X and the Fuji S3. Price 
won't be the deciding factor. Instead, I'm interested in the opinion of 
anyone who may have used these bodies and can address two concerns:

--How fast is the Raw capture/write to memory? How quickly can you move from 
one Raw frame to the next? Have you had any issues with Raw with either of 
these cameras?
--Autofocus under very low light?
