Have installed the Quadtone RIP and testing. Am trying firewire for the Std Epson drivers and USB for QTR; these are recommended (respectively) and known to work from other peoples posts disaster; with QTR on the USB wire, roll std Espon seems not to work to save paper I had defined a custom size of 17x4 inches for testing. It turns out that a 17x4 paper size causes BIG problems. Both std Epson and QTR ROLL drivers print half width (8 out of 16 inches of image) using 17x4 and sort of spue paper, a lot more than 4 inches anyway. This is with no warning message of course. After a zillion deletes of printers, drivers, etc and reinstalls, it turns out that with a paper size of 17x6 the Std Roll Epson drivers on FW are compatible (print normally) with QTR on USB and also only use 7 inches of paper. Still do not have Roll QTR working right, but there may be a known Panther USB problem that I haven't checked out yet. Scott
