My monitor is a NEC Multisync FE950+. When I calibrate with my Monaco 2.1 and Monaco Sensor Colorimeter, Win XP home, the monitor does not permit any adjustment to the default setting of 6500K. That is, you can't adjust brightness and contrast. I have been using 7500K as my standard, but I wonder if it would make sense to have 2 standards: 5000K for "natural" finish paper and 7500K for the "bright whites." I use 2.2 as the gamma. Andrew
