Just something I came across. When I had a big graphics studio here do some 2' x 3' prints for me (applied to foamcore, sealed for use in a textile showroom) I had the chance to spend some time in their inner sanctum. Almost dark, hoods on all monitors, lots of Macs---but several PCs and they told me that so much of their work coming in was from PCs they felt they should become very familiar with PCs --and even admitted they couldn't see much difference working with PS on PC as opposed to Mac Some interesting facts: "March 2005 According to research from New York-based TrendWatch, 83% of graphic designers, 77% of corporate design departments and 65% of advertising agencies rely on Macintosh computers. And publishers also continue to depend on Apple's machines." I wonder what Gamma they are using? William [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
