I recommend the MIS UT-FSN for the 1160.  Even with no curves or profiles it
usually prints reasonably well.  All that is needed for more accurate
linearization or new paper profiling is a simple monotone curve, which is
where one should learn.  Then RGB is there to take you to partitioning if
you want.  I have different stages of curves that illustrate the
progression.  

I think the 1160 with MIS UT-FS (medium warm) or UT-FSN (neutral-cool
depending on paper) is still a good and easy workhorse for monotone, matte
paper, B&W printing.
